Atomic Habits Challenge
Duration: 2 Weeks
Objective: Improve your reading, vocabulary, and speaking skills in English while learning practical strategies to build better habits and make meaningful changes in your life.
Week 1: The Power of Small Changes
Reading: Chapter 1 of Atomic Habits.
- Learn how small, consistent changes can lead to big transformations over time.
Activities:
- Reading Task: Read Chapter 1 (or listen to the audiobook).
- Forum Discussion: Answer and discuss the following questions:
- What is one small habit you’ve tried to change in the past? Was it successful?
- What is your key takeaway from Chapter 1?
- Reflection Exercise: Write a short paragraph (100–150 words) about one small change you can make in your daily life to improve yourself.
- Vocabulary Practice: Post 5 new words you learned from the chapter and use them in sentences.
Week 2: How Habits Shape Identity
Reading: Chapter 2 of Atomic Habits.
- Understand how habits influence the way we see ourselves and how we can use them to create a new identity.
Activities:
- Reading Task: Read Chapter 2 (or listen to the audiobook).
- Forum Discussion: Answer and discuss the following questions:
- What kind of person do you want to become? How do your current habits reflect or conflict with that identity?
- How can you use small changes to reinforce a positive identity?
- Reflection Exercise: Write a short paragraph (100–150 words) about how one habit can help you become the person you want to be.
- Vocabulary Practice: Share 5 new words from this chapter and write sentences using them.
Final Project: My New Habit Plan
At the end of the challenge, you will prepare and present your Habit Plan based on what you learned from the first two chapters.

- Pick one small habit you want to build or improve.

- Create a clear, actionable plan.

- Write a short summary (one page) of your habit plan.
- Prepare a 3–5 minute presentation in English.
- Share your habit, why it matters, and how you will implement it
- Finally, book a class to present your project
